Mr. Cartoon is the shit because he represents a very over-looked and sometimes misunderstood art culture. He's brought the latino tattoo culture to the mainstream and he's made a hell of an empire for himself. Much love and mad respect for him. Not to mention, custom car culture is a beautiful thing and he made a bad ass art pice out of a huge metal box!

...and this is also why Law Enforcement would smell and sniff kids... to see if they smell like chemicals... or markers... and if a kid/teenager smelled like chemicals... then BAM... the kid/teenager was automatically an enemy of "the people" ...HA?!

...oops... OPEN the freaken window... and turn on the fan... so the chemical fumes will NOT give you brain damage... hmmm... just in case... because with me... the smell of markers would give me a headache... and some drug addicts even sniff and inhale paint fumes... so... please use the markers and paint that does NOT smell like "rat poison" ...because the chemicals could be too strong.. so try using the ones that smell more normal... and less like "rat poison" ...or some earth friendly markers

...so ...my ONLY words of advice... is that if your going to use chemicals to paint with... because the composition of even a simple childs crayon... or an ink pen... still has chemicals in it... so... just remember to draw and paint in a well ventilated area... or oven the freaken window... and open the door... so a draft(wind) will push the chemical fumes out of the room... or maybe just paint out side... simple.. and also... kids always loved putting stickers on everything... even then selves

...so just remember... that there were hundreds of thousands of kids/teenagers who got in to some serious legal troubles... and got thrown in to the Criminal Justice systems "meat grinder" ...and also had their rights taken away... and kids/teenagers were NOT even allowed to have crayons or school supplies in their possession... either in their pocket... or in their backpacks... and it was all intended to depress the kids... so they will start drinking and using drugs... and then back to jail!
