TRADOC In-Depth with Col. Daniel Roper

Army.mil - Col. Daniel Roper, the director of the Army and Marine Corps Counter-insurgency Center at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., sat down in late January with the TRADOC News Service to discuss COIN. At the time of the interview, Roper had recently returned from Iraq and talks about what the Counter-insurgency Center does to train Soldiers and Marines and gives his assessment of how the COIN operation is progressing in Iraq.
