Why would I want that in the kitchen? The only "standby" power being used there is the digital clocks in the (gas) stove and microwave, which I actually use and don't want to have to reset all the time. It would be great for the external tuner on my HTPC, but not the TV or receiver or else they won't be able to turn on again. Do you have any real info about this, or do you really have to resort to a guy who uses "professional" speech and hand gestures to make nothing seem like something?
