@epicness586 Not for sale in retail, if you're lucky you might find some on the internet (ebay etc).
It's for Dreamcast, Arcade and PSX. Do note that the PSX version is not as good as the other two, so avoid getting that one.
You can also run the arcade version on PC with emulators with excellent results, even with online play.

I always wondered this but if your Jotaro and the Dio nails the Steam roller move on you can u do Jotaros "ZA WARUDO" and stop time before it could damage you and break their ligs like in the manga?
