Errmm Hello? This was Sydney FC's first season in the A-League, and the managed to beat Africa's best club, which can match many of the worlds top European clubs. Under Branko Culina and our full strength side, we should be having friendlies with clubs like Al Ahly, and some top European clubs

sydney were lucky not to get beaten 6-2 here.. and they managed to become an even worse side under terry butcher. only just starting to improve under branko culina.. they need a good marquee player if they want to challenge for the title this coming season. cmon mariners!
