Water spout forming in the Wetland of Southern Louisiana

Water spout observed from Louisiana highway 1 near Golden Meadow Louisiana.
The spout formed in front of an advancing squall cloud and dissipated after 5 minutes. The funnel cloud did not reach all the way to the ground but dust and water was seen swirling at the base. I didn't see anything larger than some marsh grass clumps being picked up because the circulation was too weak or there was nothing to pick up, i.e. it was a swamp.
