The song is from loaded and is labeled track 4 on the playstation disk. I ripped it into mp3 format for this video.

does this cheat file work on mame plus or mame32?

It should work with the newest build of any mame out there. As far s i know all the newest mame builds support the new xml cheat file setup.

Go to the Mame Cheat Files Section and download the one with the most recent date. Then put that file in the base directory of your mame installation. After that is finished go to the game properties and enable cheats under the misc section.
