Michael Moore supports the Occupy Wall Street movement and said in a CNN interview that '2011 capitalism is broken' specifically that banks and corporations are rewarding themselves, not for being good citizens and creating jobs and opportunity but for thinking up new ways to create wealth at everyone's expense.

  • @filipjovanovic1 Best and most appropite point ever. TOTALLY AGREE.

  • Capitalism isn't broken.. Fascism just isn't working out. Capitalism means responsibility and people don't have that anymore.

  • Capitalism is falling and is corrupt. It will only lead us towards a huge economic inequality. It's why it is bad. We need socialism

  • @D0KTOR7 even capitralism cant support the weight of socialism and unions..capitalism cant survive with 51 percent of underachievers getting money from 49 percent of achievers..dont blame capitalism blame the anchor of unions and social give aways

  • @genie0390 The reason the government has been involved is because unchecked capitalism leads to imprisonment and slavery by wages. If you don't have unions protecting people then what do you have? What most people don't realize is the subtle evolution of capitalism. It is in fact, the continuation of the monarchy system, where a select few get to rule and dominate over everything, no questions asked.

  • Capitalism is working just fine in China!

The system works very well here too, problem has been US Government has been engaged in social engineering, interferring with the workings of free enterprise.

In China the communist party enforces stability, leaves business alone

  • Thanks for posting this. I agree that capitalism is broken,..just as many governments are worldwide. The US for example is not the same as it was since the constitution was written. So soon our laws will have to change to suit future generations. I think it's amazing to live in this day & age to see all the protests & world changing on such a grand scale.

  • Yeah, he is a millionaire and love to lecture others. Actually, he is a good capitalist, because he knows his market very well. His market is a bunch of very hypocrites like him that they would do the same if they get the free money from the Government like those Banks.

We don't have capitalism, we have fascism.

  • much respect!

  • clash is a tough word because it means protesters vs. police when realistically the police are the ones physically assaulting protesters
