Excellent video, everything's 100% true. I suffer from OCD and I feel relieved now 'cos I know I'm not alone! Sometimes people with this disorder feel like nobody could understand, I used to believe I was the only one with "crazy" thoughts but of course I'm not... and now I get it. Thank you xx

Im playing a guy who has OCD in a film, and your documentary has been the clearest explaination of this condition. Thank you.

@BellaaMarlene IMHO, OCD, and quite possibly autism, starts with an imbalance of serotonin. Please look into Prozac or other SSRI treatments.

@CrackedPleasures Thank you for your comment, Ive been diagnosed with OCD, and was being skeptical about it. Your comment has made me see that I do have OCD. At the moment I contantly make to do lists, and time tables/daily plans for the next 50 years of my life... among other things... this is a new obsession for me at the moment, which made me think it was just a 'phase'... but its true, something new will pop up again eventually.

I suffer from OCD and I find Monk very refreshing, making OCD a light hearted subject but the show has a serious meaning as well.

@Laurss7 Very good video, very well made. Your definitions of obsessions and compulsions were concise and spot on. Well done!

I have OCD since I was 16. I'm 29 now. It outs itself in new ways all the time. Once one symptom disappears, the next one lurks around the corner. It's a constant struggle not to give up... But we shouldn't give up, there's enough people who have been succesful overcoming it.
This film is very very well made. Kudos. And thanks for contributing to breaking the taboo. Very well made film!

After studying the Chinese Five Element Theory...OCD, ADHD, and many other labels put on this condition.....We can't separate the mind/body/spirit. We are what we EAT, THINK, FEEL. It is our digestive system that is in trouble...spleen, pancreas, stomach, liver. We need to wonder why things run in families. What is it we have in common? Blood type. Check out "Eat Right for Your Type" by Dr. Peter D'adamo/Catherine Whitney. Junk food and stress of today is disastrous to one's health.
Thats a good video Laurss7, you did great research! I like that you talked to people of all ages, thats cool that you listened to the different sides, a doctor, a parent, and people that could be going through the disorder, good listening! Did you do this video for school? I think I might have the condition, and from what I know of what I think I have, It's not too fun, And I hope someday to conqour it!!
Well anyways, Liked your video, Great song too, And I think your an Awesome Reporter!
