JT doing a 101kg / 222lb log press at Mo power gym. JTs previous best was 93kg. Well done pal. The improvement has come from JT doing floor presses and shoulder pressing a 52kg kettlebell. Kettlebells centre of gravity is in the handle of the kettlebell which changes muscle mechanics compared to a 52kg single arm shoulder press
