You know, you could have used some of the small ships, they can be distraction. Its like your a human bee, and you luanch all your troops to kill someone you hate. The little bees are the smallers ships.

@deathsfoot83 the pegasus has most o it's guns forwards, too, so galactica could win by staying towards the engines of the pegasus.

ok, the bsg could beat pegasus if it could stay on top. if you look at the gun placements on the pegasus you will notice most of the gun are along the side of the ship facing down. there fore if galactica stay on top, it wont receive that much damage.

the ship designs are good but there is no weapons on them. Where are the orbital cannons of bsg for example? They are just explosions..

@ajtakpetr Good point I hadn't considered. Galactica was presumably designed to withstand bombardment via its armour whereas Pegasus had ECMs to combat Cylon missile attacks.

@BSG062 it would be a fierce battle, but without some sacrifices from the civilian fleet, the galactica would probably loose in the end, sadly
