How to control your iPhone 4gs iPhone 4 iPad 2 iPad iPod iPhone iPod Touch on your computer

Bonjour all,

In this video I will show you how to control your iPhone or iPod Touch with your computer.

1.Firstly you will need to download a VNC software: Click the following link to download TightVNC.

It is free and easy to use, as I demonstrate in the video.

2.Once this is downloaded, open the TightVNC viewer from your start menu.
3.A small box will appear on your computer, you will need to enter your iPhones iP address.

Note. To get your iPhone iP address, from your iPhone press:

Settings-Wi-Fi-Then from the Wi-Fi networks display press the blue arrow by your Wi-Fi connection

4.Enter the iPhone iP address into the TightVNC box on your computer and click connect.
5.From your iPhone, verify the iP address and click accept.
6.Look at your computer and hay presto, your iPhone display is on the computer!!

@Mpower952 great observation. I did make the note for everyone to install veency on their iDevice before attempting this action. However, the annotations are not supported on iOS devices, so they don't show... Sorry... BUt again, well pointed out.

I did this with my iPod before... and its doing it again (after wiping it)

my iPod connects, i can move around the mouse on the iPods screen

and type and everything

but on the computer, it appears as black.

I just watch the iPod screen for what I'm doing
