It's Tommy Keene backed by several of the Gin Blossoms (Jesse and Phil) on the compilation album "Sing Hollies in Reverse" in about 1993. The song is originally by the Hollies and the lead was sung by Graham Nash, who I think also wrote it. CLASSIC!

@jmorris724 I would like to offer that the Not Lame label 'drowning- a Tommy Keene miscellany' has it on track13. credits are Jesse Valenzuela and Phil Fhodes recorded in Tempe AZ for Greg Dwinnell's 'Sing Hollies in Reverse ' tribute record. I never heard Tommy do anything like this before or since!!

broham...this cover is, at the very least, "amusing", but I don't think anyone can confirm that this is the Blossoms. That SOUNDS like Jessie, yes, but this is obviously a studio recording, and i can't find it on any album.
