This is called "Chronicle Item" which is not released in DFO. Specific Chronicle item has a option, which can reduce the cooltime, attk, and number of attack with some skills. From this video, i can see that he has the chronicle item to reduce the cooltime for raising fury :)

@demonanil If you get a full CD reduction CHRON set on raging fury the cooldown will be less then 2 seconds...there is a video already of a zerker doing this.

@megamixa It's possible in kdnf.. With chronicle set and skill cd-30 % or something potion . And stop trolling on dfo videos acting like u know everything

Thats horse shit, wana know why? The cool down on raging fury without a Chron set is about 16 seconds . He is using his raing fury about every 3/4 of a second. Unless he has some super chron set with a 98% cool down on it no way in the world he could be casting it that often. At the max you could probably get it down to like 5-8 seconds (not sure on the details)

@merrychristmasreaper I wish i could, i wish all DFO or people interested in DNF could play it. It is an awsome game (kr version that is). Sadly registration process has changed. In order to get an account you need a KSSN ( most of them are used up) you also need a kr cell phone number so they can call and verify your account.
I used to make tons of accounts. But then people abandon them and wasted them. I wish i could help, but no way of verification. Sorry...
