Rare 1983 Kotex Commercial with Sandra Bullock (?)

A Kotex commercial from 1983, starring a young actress you bears an striking resemblance to a young Sandra Bullock. I cannot confirm that this is her but you have to admit the similarity is uncanny.
Found on an old Betamax tape.

I was thinking about this the other day and I thought maybe it could be Julia Ormond who was born in 1965, which would have made her 18 at that time, but not even close. It's Sandy. She was nineteen at the time as was pointed out by below and that's good enough for me, after looking at this again (I have no idea why I am back here either), It is her beautiful hands, and her youthful face. I am sure they did her hair and makeup for the commercial and I think that's what's throwing people off.

That's definitely her. Sandy was about 19 in '83 and the girl in the vid can pass for 19.

The actress here looks a lot like Sandra and I agree even the hands are similar but its not her. Her face is not quite right, its not her nose. Very striking similarity though, I wonder who it is?

I don't think its her. Not only does the actress in this add not look like the pictures of young sandra bullock but in her interviews she mentioned not doing any acting roles out side of school until she moved to NYC at the age of 21. Also that work was all stage. Not until she was older did she movie to LA and do film/tv acting. I'm not trying to be mean, just trying to be truthful.
