@acla9000 What's really interesting is that this show aired opposite "Gilligan's Island" on Saturday nights during the 1964-1965 season. So you basically had dueling Jim Backus shows. "The Famous Adventures of Mr. Magoo" only lasted one season on NBC, while "Gilligan's Island" became a big hit on CBS on Thursday nights.

I used to dig the opening credits; where is the weird Mona Lisa?

Man, this brings back memories!
I really wish someone would post more of this show on here. I just LOVE his take on Snow White and Robin Hood.

two particular bit were from this show...Magoo as Watson in the Sherlock Holmes segment and the remarkably well done Count of Monte Cristo... hearing Magoo laugh maniacally at revenge is one eerie moment.

I would love to see you post 'em here on YouTube

Well, thanks for posting this much. It's more than I expected to find.
Does Shepard Menken voice a character in this? Which character and what character is he?

@leosnake100 His name is in the end credits, but it doesn't say who he played.

I loved this show when it was on TV. Any chance we'll see the episodes where Magoo palyed Gunga Din or Doctor Frankenstein?

This is the only episode I have. It happened to be among the 16mm collection a local library was giving away.
