Curious about different entries into handstand? Learn the basics of bent knee pike to create control in the shoulder platform and core. We'll go over bent knee pike from forward fold and also hopping from downdog. In the beginning, treat pike as it's own pose. Once you've become comfortable with hitting the pose and holding it THEN start to incorporate lifting into handstand. Play with this at the wall if you're new and ENJOY! Think of this as playful flight school.
