  • It is a shame that i can't get this vid to play on ipad and iphone for you. Sorry about that.

  • Nice mix

For more great memories check out my short film 'The Beat recorded live at southsea pier'

    Thanks

  • thanks for the respose, anyone else got any good vids? link em all up to this and lets see

  • the toasters are way better than madness

  • the toasters burn out, madness have been going for 30 years and the gigs are awesome, maybe you should try going to one or 2

  • not 2tone again its gotta be trad or third wave instead of living in the past go and check out do the dog patate moon ska asian man jump up stubborn brixton megalith all good labels im not dissing 2tone im just saying there are a ton of awesome uk bands the uk scene is huge so is europe us is back underground but i reckon ska is gonna come back after all its the antithesis to emo support your local current scene stop living in the past and just for the record bad manners and madness arent 2tone

  • bad manners are not 2tone but madness started off on the 2tone label with the prince and one step beyond also their track MADNESS was on the go feet label so yes madness are 2tone, also madness were on the 2tone tours in the late 70's and early 80's along with the specials. ska is truely of jamacan origin and therefore mainly trojan, 2tone is a mixture of punk and ska as that is what the coventry automatics(the specials) based all their music on

  • a blast from the past the real deal befor all the dance and rave and happy hr bing drinking came on the scean. such a shame to see this style of tunes go under ground only those who know there roots from the 70's and the 80's will really understand the true vibe when clubs had the drive for real ska and punk bands with a mix of roots. and thats why there r so many clubs closed down and thats why the specials made the song gose town

  • skin-heads :)

  • @Zipgunn1 the same could be said of The Piranhas.

  • @dragonskankin You forgot to mention The Lambrettas, they were not 2 Tone or a ska band either.
