My hair sucks, it really does. It's never been longer than an inch over my shoulders and it SUCKS! And because my hair is so damn curly it looks even shorter. It seems like no matter what it do, it just won't grow any faster. It might have something to do with my lifestyle though.. I mean, I smoke and I don't really eat/drink well. But when I was younger I didn't smoke and I did eat well. So I don't know. Perhaps it has something to do with my hormones.. All I know is that I hate my hair. :(

not trynna b races but umm say if u were black will hair still grow lyk a inch on more n do u have to wash ur hair every othar day or everyday

Also, getting a lot of sleep makes your hair grows A LOT faster. Before, mine was growing about half an inch a month, now that Im getting a lot of rest and dont stress about everything anymore, my hair grow an inch a month.

Extreme stress really slows down the growing process.

it's NOT healthy to wash your hair everyday. The natural oils that your head excretes helps to coat your hair and sinks in through the many layers of your hair strands to keep it healthy and strong.WASH IT EVERY OTHER DAY

the reason why hair gets really oily and greasy is BECAUSE you wash it every day, or every other day. washing it a lot not only dries out the lengths, but increases oil production in the scalp because washing causes irritations. once you stop washing your hair so much, i.e. increasing time between washes, oil production will decrease.. I swear I wash my hair once a week and it's not disgusting at all (why would it be?) because it doesn't get greasy-looking. i have belly button long hair
