"Italian Street Song" was one of the first songs on a 78 RPM recording when I was about6 or 7 and I was just enthralled with it. I played it over and over again. I learned to love operetta then, then later classical music and opera, a love which I have to this day. Thanks for these great postings of these great pieces that should never die, even if the art form is not as popular anymore. (But it should be! Agreed?)

I had the opportunity to study with Professor Nall while she was at Florida State University. I can say that she is an amazing teacher and fabulous performer; this performance is so energetic. I love it!
