@ralfystuff After I posted my comment, I happened to see your review on New Make Spirits and the Kilchoman 3 yr old so I wasn't aware that scotch can be classified that young. I wonder why we don't see more young scotches in stores?
Meanwhile I guess I'll be anticipating 2015 or 16 when the 10 yr old should become available (if my math is still good).

Ralfy on location in Islay! It was only a matter of time -- almost predestined, really. Like the Babe at Yankee Stadium or the Stones at the Super Bowl. Fantastic.

In theory you can switch on the YouTube captions/transcriptions (click on the red cc just below the video on the left). Only problem is that in practice they don't really work, what they capture is pretty much useless...

Excellent video! Lovely to see all that copper and brass shining :-)

yeah, another "on Location" Review!
verry nice to see and hear from you or the host about some points to the scenery, history etc... of the Distillery and their malts.
only downside of these Videos is that i understand less than normal of all what is said, once because of the soundquality and second because of my long ago learned german school english is way not enough for all the technical and native (quick) speaked phrases...
wish i could switch on subtitels like on DVDs :)
Are these whiskies going to sit in the warehouse for a few more years? A 2005 date still seems young for a whiskey where most whiskies are bottled at ten years and up.

@shuboy05 ... this is still a very young Distillery, and such is the quality of the Whisky that it is being bottled at 3 years (plus). I'm sure some will be bottled at 10 years and older.
