Sauce Beer Reviews: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

Havent done a review in a while because i didnt have a camara. Now i went out and got me a canon sd1200 is and its the return. Been actually trying to review this and a bunch of sam adams so this is my first step towards that.

HAHA The hadj does alot of hanging out with his girlfriend. I dont know why tom looked depressed i will have to ask him. But he needs no intervention lol. Sometimes tom is really energetic and right now hes a slug.

oh both of those songs where by a band called the aquabats, they are really weird. I like the transition from a laid back beginning to the intense ending song. The songs called "I fell asleep on my arm" and they where trying to make fun of korn.

Yeah this is a perfect introductory beer to hoppier brews. I prefer IPAs, actually. If you can get the torpedo review that. I heard it's hard to come by.

Thanks for the shout-out. Food goes so well with beer that I think it's almost necessary to combine the two. I don't mind you "stealing" my idea, even if you cook w/propane :-)

Pale ale is a great, all-around beer and I really like The Sierra Nevada version. It is amazing how hoppy it is, almost more than some IPA's. I think the IBU's are 40 while a lot of IPA's are at least 60. Maybe it's the amount of malt used, higher IBU beers need more malt to counter-act the bitterness?
