Mini-Hat Tutorial (Really Easy and Cheap)

This is a really easy tutorial;
Everyone loves the result, and I have been questionned a lot about how to make them.
So here it goes a simple tutorial.. I know, those are french subtitles but you can make it really easily just by looking a it so.. if you have any question, feel free to ask.

I made one a long time ago using cardboard and construction paper. I ran out of hot glue sticks so I used ductape for the inside where no one saw XD
