@sfxrules Agreed! this game requires so much more than the ability to pot. Note, the balls are heavier than pool balls and the cushions are less senstaive, even the regulation cloth isnt the same. In the UK billiards was the norm for many years. All the greats of snooker played billiards prior to snooker. Being similar to Carom (in some small respects) the player gained a greater knowledge of the table and went onto play better snooker.

@griffour20 me too, im a really good player at 8-ball, but in five pins billiard, i cant win a match! :@ i know this is carom, in five pins you have five pins in the middle of the table but is very related to carom, but you shot only one shot no matter what you do...

@bandit7498 yeah, that's true, but i was trying to just tell the rules really simple... :D A bit to simple maybe :)
anyone can play pool, this game is much more complicated. Try it if you don't believe it.

yeah man. anyone who thinks this is easy needs to just try it ONCE. i'm slightly above average at snooker and 9 ball but i cannot score a single point in carom.
