damit @MaccabiFan4Life, I'm working hard to maximize my vertical jump by performing the exercise routine that's over from "50-inch-vertical(dot)com" - and just now got like over 8-10 inches thus far nevertheless I'm still a little away from being able to jump high enuff to dunk the ball with ease. It's nothing but my first day of my 2nd week so far, can you provide any more guidelines?

I have no idea what Casspi will do in Cle, but it doesn't matter because we need a good draft pick in 2012.

As for JJ, he's crazy athletic and talented, but he has concentration issues and some of the worst hands a big man can possibly have. Kings fans will quickly get tired of watching him fumble the ball out of bounds under the hoop.

One good thing for Cle is that Sacramento really needs to contend in order to keep their team...so maybe they make the playoffs and we get that draft pick...
