hello peter.. this is the first time i post to you.. do you have any workout for the "traps" muscle?? its the one between the neck and shoulder... is it connected to the back exercise??

for beginners, i think it's better to do 3 sets of 6-12 because they might injure something from trying to go too heavy

Wish you had done the video shirtless. Your body is too perfect to cover up, but you certainly look sexy in a vest.
