  • hello peter.. this is the first time i post to you.. do you have any workout for the "traps" muscle?? its the one between the neck and shoulder... is it connected to the back exercise??

  • for beginners, i think it's better to do 3 sets of 6-12 because they might injure something from trying to go too heavy

  • Wish you had done the video shirtless. Your body is too perfect to cover up, but you certainly look sexy in a vest.
