  • @TheMmafighter1996 Put all your weight down on him and take advantege of side controle! Also practice the takedown alot b4 u actualy use it for anything so u can do it quickly. Good luck ;)

  • @TheMmafighter1996 well then maybe your lifting your back too straight? you should be driving through at his waist with your shoulder, at like a right angle to him standing up straight.

    also try setting it up better, from the clinch or with strikes - that way he will be more surprised and more unlikely to get the lock in properly. but defo learn the guillotine defense. there's loads of videos on here, if not i'll make you one?
