Amazing bro. I'm doing 1500 calories a day, jogging 20-30 minutes and doing P90 every day. Definitely going in my favorites for when I have a weak moment. Not as heavy, but the flab is there. Starting at 198. Any recent shots?

don't give up ,at first you may evengain weight,but thats normal,or you'll hit a wall an not loose anymore weight,throw lower calorie intake at it or change up the workout a lil bit and see how that works for you,no one is the same,so whats worked for me ,may not work for you ,but keep atit and don't give up

but take it into consideration and burn it off before the days end
at first take in alot of water and cut it in half over the frst week,you will do an acid flush,which will get all the junk out of your system.Then lots lots and lots of cardio,get that heartrate up and get tha sweat on lol. i didnt workout at gyms all i did was free weights at home and chin ups and situps at work when people wernt looking

legend! Im over here in Dublin, just started today and am 283, this video is EXACTLY what i was looking for! PLEASE do me a massive favour and answer me this one question!: weight lifting is a big part in losing this much weight BUT i my head is spinning from all the jargon/routines and contradictory advice out there. Did you hire a trainer or did you just learn what worked in the gym over time?! cheers!

no i didnt hire a trainer,all i did was cut out the junk,you'd be very surprised at the amount of wasted calories somene takes in everyday.like a chocolate bar and a 600ml of pepsi is like 600 calories,give or take a calorie
set a carlorie intake for the day and remember ou can still have your junk food and pop,
