Ingredients:

1 cos lettuce
200g cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
1 cucumber
2 green bell peppers/capsicum
2/3 cup feta cheese
2/3 cup pitted kalamata olives
2 tbls chopped fresh oregano
2 cups chunky canned tuna (in brine)
1/4 red wine vinegar

    1 tsb of lime juice

  • My tuna Recipie: 1/4 of an onion chopped,1 can of tuna, 3 tbs of ranch dressing powder, and 2 tbs of mayonaise.

  • My tuna recipe:

    3 can of tuna (w/ oil)

    1 onion

    2 tbs of tomato saucer

    cut the onion in small squares, then take the oil out of the tuna can into a pan and add the onion, the tuna and the tomato sauce and let it fry for a bit, then keep stiring it!

    Take it off and seve it in a bowl, there you go ::D
