@psychotikpaisano they shouldnt melt anything.. unless your fogs are aftermarket made with thin plastic. remember hids even tho the produce more light than stock the rum much cooler than regular halogen bulbs.

@realitychack nope.... wrong wrong wrong!!!! theres 35w 50w 55w 65w and even 100W... maybe you be buying cheap Chinese hids but theres brands like philips, valeo, mitsubishi ect. also i dont think you know about hid so

yo first line up the camera in the middle then u got a stock truck with lights thereis no sach thing as 55 w hid lights for cars they all come out of the same chinese facktory for 1 dollar i can have the sticker say asshole on it or what ever else i want

I forgot to ask; how are the 55 watters treating the housing?

I want to put 55 watt 3k's in my fogs to complement my 12k headlights, but I am worried that they will melt my housings.
