  • @TheFreshbum Isn't Avi R. Lehyani Vegan?

  • Low calorie body building. I don't think so Tim.

  • @TheFreshbum also, I've tried stuffing my face full of a trillion fruit calories, it just doesn't work, yah gotta do what the dude in the video I posted says and go easy on the digestive system in order to absorb all the nutrients. I'm someone who becomes underweight if I eat 9 donuts a day, 2 pizzas, pasta, whey protein shakes with honey, etc (up to 6000 calories per day). Yet if I have under 2000 calories/day with this dudes method I stay at a good weight.

  • @TheFreshbum watch?v=bx_aAjxEHLw

all this dude has in one day is fresh air, water, 2 medium sized smoothies with a bit of digestive enzymes + vegan protein powder, and a salad + vegan deserts here and there... not many calories at all

easy fruits to digest and for blending would be: grapes, berries, and mangoes

this is good because mangoes and berries are sold frozen all year round and the frozen cubed mangoes are easy to toss in a blender

some cane sugar in water helps as well

  • I got an idea: What if I turn vegan from now on. My body will start to turn weaker and weaker every day, but still for a few weeks I would be the most ripped vegan "bodybuilder" on the whole goddamn planet.

And I'm not even big for a meat-eater. But seriously, show me ONE ripped (which means big AND lean) vegan dude.

  • @Myflesh101 The objective of a bodybuilder is to be lean at some point. If this guy were ripped like 6% body fat he would probably be 155 pounds. Hardly body builder size mass. I'll give him credit that he looks good for a vegan. I wouldnt have the drive to workout as I do eating that clean, that low in calories, and with the limited choices. I'll keep my meat, fruit and vegetable diet.

  • @leftwingnazi As far as bodyfat goes have You seen Ronnie Coleman or Lee Priest in the off-season? These are some of the top bodybuilders(to mention a couple) in history and they are staight up fat at times when they are not in a contest(complete with man-boobs) it does not mean they are not bodybuilders when they have the extra fat on them.

  • @leftwingnazi Gotta admit if I had a video on myself in a similar circumstance I would title it perhaps "interview with Low Calorie Raw Vegan Athlete" "Bodybuilding" is a much more controversial term which invites scrutiny. When I was 220 of mostly muscle at 6 foot I didn't refer to myself as a bodybuilder,I would want to be about 240 to put that label on myself.I'm still VERY impressed with what Mark accomplished, while staying true to his dietary discipline/views and compassion.

  • @Myflesh101 You're right on this point. American's have set the "average" bar way higher in fat ratio than it's supposed to be. What I mean is average in the context of bodyfat percentage most males are supposed to be at to be healthy. Like I said, he looks about 15% body fat which is what doctors describe as average. Chiseled is a bit of an exaggeration friend. As I said, he looks healthy and active.. I wouldn't describe him as a bodybuilder at all.
