  • Wow guys I was a boxer for years before I had a serious neck injury. Plank Training is probably the absolute best core focused training you can do. A lot of people are fixated on spinal flexation exercises and you are actually causing serious harm to your body. This is very functional and works, if it didn't athletes wouldn't be forced to do it.  Remember if you want a six pack that's all diet, this is great for the creation of stability.
