@pbaudinat Sorry, but what does dynamics and compression have to do with mp4 and mp3? Both formats don't change either of those things.

I came back for a "second ear" on that video .
The drum sound with no dynamics and 500% compression is definitely messing the whole thing.
The guys who invented mp4 and mp3 should be strongly punished to death and tortured until the end of time !!!

So different from Metheny/Grenadier/Stewart .
Great solos on that version, but definitely not a "band" on stage .
They really share something but they don't speak the same langage .
Weird sound of drums.
Maybe too much compression on that recording for a real comfortable listening .
