It is very hard to see something that is internal. perhaps if you wanted to understand this stuff, you might go and try a good internal artist?

I did, and it changed my understanding of how this stuff works. it looks weird, but it works well, for fighting.

you are correct that no one has shown internal skills in modern MMA, but it's only a matter of time. given how few people teach or train BGZ as a fighting art, it may take a while, but it ll happen...

False. If bagua and internal zen/chi power actually worked, or worked when you needed it to, how come it can never be demonstrated in competition? Show me the site where a bagua practitioner is challenged or challenges someone and uses these techniques to win. Or wait, it's not about winning or losing or proving or denying, right? It's about perfecting the inner soul or meditating your way to enlightenment, right? Sounds like a cop out to me. Its fun pretending but getting punched hurts.
