This record is one of my best favorites from all of my 78rpm discs. This is the very record I firstly played on my Phonograph, when I was 6 years old(which means, twelve years ago).
The Great German Lyric Soprano, Elisabeth Schumann (1888.6.13 - 1952.4.23), sings a well known piece of Johannes Brahms, named 'Wiegenlied(Lullaby)' for Victor in 1937.
I have many other records of Schumann, but, in my opinion, I think that This recording is the sweetest recording she had ever made.
Played on my Victrola with Orthophonic Soundbox & Fidelitone Needle. The Sound quality is really better than other transferred version.
Many thanks for uploading this Brahms' divine creation!

This record is revealing the German soul so much. Reminds me of my childhood and the old "Heinz Rühmann" movies.
Many, many thanks for uploading.
Greetings from Germany...
