Rooted in the success of its predecessors in the GEL-Kinsei series, this new model introduces an innovative adaptive technology in the form of the new Guidance Line system. With a long vertical groove that flows the length of the shoe, the Guidance Line encourages the foot to repeat an optimal path through the gait cycle, thereby creating a more efficient gait and ultimately reducing fatigue.
Another notable upgrade to the GEL-Kinsei 3 is a significant reduction of the shoes weight to a remarkable 12.6 ounces (357g), compared to the 14 ounces (396) of the GEL-Kinsei 2. Innovations that helped reduce the weight and provide benefit and comfort include:
• a re-worked heel environment that is more stable, reduces irritation and offers a customized fit;
• a newly designed Propulsion TrussticTM that enhances proper foot function
• additional GEL® Cushioning System in the forefoot for improved comfort and function.

Not a bad shoe, But does it fit your foot correctly, I recommend this App on iTunes called Wet test, it tells you what type of running shoe you are and gives you a list including some Asics. It helped me so try for yourself.

@MrKicks2010 ...thanks man but it was too late, I sold it 10% off after a 30 mins run, and I bought a kayano 16 & a nimbus 12 soon after that. Nimbus 12 is so amazing to run with, feels like Forest Gump you know!

Look at the amount of impact at the beginning of this video! All these shoes are garbage and teach you to land the wrong way. It should be toe to heel. Why even run if you are going to take a short cut? It's like running whilst sitting in a lazy-boy recliner. Try running without shoes and see how your foot lands. This is why people have trouble running barefoot because all your life, you compensate due to these trampoline shoes. Good money to be made though.
