This is an advertisement for the Atari 2600 VCS which aired in Australia in the late 1970s or early 1980s. It features a man in a space ship playing a number of Atari 2600 shooters like Space Invaders, Asteroids and Missile Command. The rest of the ad talks up the current Atari 2600 lineup. Futuretronics, Atari's Australian distributor, is actually named in this ad.
"Outlaw" was one of the first games for the 2600, and provides a nice example of how later games like "Pitfall" pushed the 2600 well beyond its intended limits.

Hey,
I just noticed the guy in the space ship is Aussie Music and Acting legend Frankie J Holden who was the front man for the 70s rock band Ol 55 with Wilbur Wilde who went to the Hey Hey its Saturday band after playing in some other famous bands of the time after he left O'l 55 and Frankie got into acting & hosting and the occasional live gigs with bands like The O'l Skydaddys.
