It's a tram, they run trough streets on roads. Normal here in europe...

i lived in egypt nobody uses these streetcars they are outdated and the speed does not exceed 30 miles per hour u will get around faster catching a cab if peolpe are interested in traveling to egypt the best places are sharm al shaikh, alexandria also giza where the pyramids are
