@MrDarcyzPP Windows Vista UAC and Windows 7 UAC are both crap, espeically in Vista. It should not have to give your computer permission to change the background, for example: instead of two click steps, it turns into 5 or more.
It's just dumb. It's Microsoft telling you, the user, that you are too stupid to make changes to the operating system environment.
