This video shows the tear-down of a GSM/GPRS cellular phone from, the Nokia 2610. The end of the video shows the uplink spectrum of a voice call for GSM, using the frequency hopping technique.
Well done. Now I understand what's inside my Nokia. I'm not a technician, but I'm curious. By the way: I have an European Nokia 2600 classic, factory set to GSM 900-1800. Now I'm living in Argentina, and the frequency here is (are) GSM 850-1900. Do you know if there is any way to change this phone's frequency without specialized hardware and software?
As coat the base of the great dissipator? thank you very much.
