The origin of the song and band's name is very interesting. Exactly, this song didn't publish and promote normally. It was just composed for a wedding. Because somebody uploaded this song on the internet so it became very popular. In that time, the owner not yet had the song and band's name so they use the bride's name.

Title "Look-Om", means "candy" in English, is her nickname and band name, "WhatChaRaWaLee" is her real name.

Because of a popularity of this song, in next year they composed a new song, "Jeeb", for a wedding again. No doubt, the title is also from the bride's name :)
