Straw is such a widespread crop, it makes sense to use it instead of wasting it.
I believe it is better to use it first as strawboard, then at the end of it's life burn it, we should not be burning such a raw product, specially if we are burning it to make electricity which is very inefficient and just criminal in my mind.
We need to follow sustainable steps when looking at products, reuse, recycle, and then consider burning.
