  • I say this video is crap and I'm studying to be a registered dietitian. Being healthy is not about restricting yourself from the foods you love, being healthy goes back to the simple principal of moderation!! Most people know the right things to eat, that's why getting them to change their eating behavior involves more than just education, there are other barriers that are keeping them from living a healthy lifestyle. By addressing this issue, we can then began to fix America's obesity problem.

  • OK, get off your soap box.. I agree that people need to adjust their behaviors, but people do need to avoid most of the garbage that has become so commonplace in our diets. Its a simple video to help people make changes.

  • Pretty true. It's better t avoid alcohol, because it contributes to belly fat.

I like the premade salads, it makes it easier to get myself into eating salads again.

I think ultimately people need to do a few changes at a time if they can't change alot. I think that exercise helps people change their diet.

  • snack stand killed me.

but to me it's okay to drink milk if only it's the right amount.

    3 cups a day.

milk may have some fat in it but it's good for building strong bones and that is what you'll need when getting old is strong bones

  • Very insightful. Everyone needs to see this. Thanks!

  • soy milk, I disagree It's good in moderation
