I don't train it, of course, so much as I tell it when a color scheme is successful. In those cases it become more likely to repeat the colors. Problems occurred a while back when I actively trained it using back propagation. It quickly became over-trained and started using the exact color scheme over and over again...

wow that's some machine you've biult its amazing. how do you contorol it. does it take a picture and draw it or do you draw it on the computer?

There are about a dozen ways to run it. Some algorithms just require a digital picture. Others, like the one used in this is a combination of automated algorithms with touch ups by hand in a GUI that I programmed.
