The Broadway cast of Starlight Express perform "Rolling Stock" live in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, November, 1987. Performers included: Robert Torti-Greaseball, A.C. Ciulla-Bobo, Philip Clayton-Espresso, the late Bill Frey-Turnov, Ron Garza-GB Gang, Sean Grant-GB Gang, D. Michael Heath-Hashamoto, Todd Lester-GB Gang, Sean McDermott-Prince of Wales, Joey McKneely, GB Gang, Gordon Owens, GB Gang, Frank Masteocola-GB Gang, Angel Vargas-GB Gang, the late Barry Bernal-GB Gang, & Michael Berglund-Weltschaft. The Broadway production of Starlight Express began previews at the Gershwin Theater on 2/24/87, opening on 3/15/87 after 2 post-ponements due to technical problems. Starlight ran for 761 Performances (plus 22 previews), closing on 1/8/89.
