Rutgers Vs. Norfolk State: Opening Day 9/2/2010- Confusion At Halftime?

There was about one play left in the half and Tom Savage made a great throw to the Wide Receiver and he caught it with 1 second left about 2 yards from the endzone.. both teams were running on and off the field confused if it was halftime.. the ruling eventually favored the Scarlet Knights and resulted in a field goal. Rutgers won the game 31-0 :)
