@x1nanako1x actually the shimmy they show is the straight beginner's version. Which kind of shimmy are you doing? the ethnic shimmy is supposed to look like your body body is shaking. you might be too tight if you just started dancing it takes a while for your hips to loosen. I have vids if you need help. let me know.

Hi girls! I came here with one BIG problem, and I want to know if someone can please help me. My problem is that I can't keep a steady rythm, I increase it automatically, and finally I move the knees so fast and so little that you can't see anything. I can't get the shimmy, I've tried everything, but I can't... Please, give some advice!!

@7894569972 Hola! este programa lo dan por casa club tv, casi todos los dias a las 9 am o en la noche, a las 7 pm, esta subtitulado es muy completo te dan hasta los ejercicios para calentar...es muy bueno te lo recomiendo.
