I really don't want to give up but its hard to stay motivated. It sure takes more than good food and service to bring customers in. I sent out the list to my 70 emails last week and it works! 3 came in and redeemed their 25% discount so i will be thinking of other smaller promotions to give to our list. I am still yet to pass out flyers with menus to the neighborhood. I just don't think too many people know about thai food and the ones that do live farther away from the restaurant.

Thanks for the video man. I am a new business owner and have been running a small Thai restaurant for the past 8 months. I've started building an email list and am up to 70 emails so far even though I should be pushing it. Its hard because I don't know what to expect from this business. I am also 23 and it has been tough dealing with the ups and downs. Sometimes we see many tables a day and some other days barely any. Today, Friday is usually busy but its the middle of lunch and only one table

Book recommendations? I want to know "How to get started" How much $ to save etc..
