  • @holmsatlarge It"s dangerous to smile openly in the Streets of Paisley nowadays. Anybody who looks happy is treated with great suspicion The general consensus being they must be on drugs, drunk (same thing really)or mentally ill. Nobody wants to stick out as content or happy even because that could attract the attention of one of many species of predator that are freely roaming the streets. Thank you Wendy and gang.

    I for one won't forget.

  • Nice clip. must always be cloudy up there, have a look at my clip and you'll see what I mean.....

  • Is that Paisley down there.....

What a dump .It must be the ugliest town i've ever seen . just thought i'd say that.. Thank you

  • If you live next to it then you are not blessed. If you have to go up there then there is something wrong. It is not for humans, it is for the Scottish wildlife and don't mean Glaswegians taking time out from a football match.

  • Most people who lived in Paisley and later emigrated that I spoke to agree with me that it was a hole. If it was all that good would you have left? As for dourness I don't think you know the meaning of the word and moreover its not something you radiate!

  • i live in canada, but i still remember how it looked from there.a beautiful open vista.a summer scramble was always enjoyable.getting out of what was then(50yrs ago)a dilapidated tenement with no green was a treat..as for dourness you seem to radiate it.smile the world isn`t that bad.

  • What component in my statement gives the impression of dourness? I am realistic, I have travelled and escaped from the insularity that you people suffer from.
