Surfing and Autism

So we finally attended a surfing event apart of POAC(www.POAC.net)! She although bit a couple people, and was constantly jumping off trying to swim away, along with literally pushing people away like they were feathers, or would grab them and pull them onto the board, one girl mentioned she was amazed how strong she was, which all lead to the nickname they gave her.. crocodile.

She stood up a couple times and seemed to be enjoying herself, which I couldn't video the entire thing because I had to help sometimes because she was being "hard to handle" kicking, biting people and the surf board, rolling her body in circles, scratching, constantly trying to swim away, etc etc, basically like the nickname they gave her, crocodile. We're hoping to do this again next month because of how much fun she had!
